Over 5 days, I will guide you through quick and effective classical mat Pilates sessions designed to build core strength, improve your posture and find balance in your body. Each day you will also have a guided breathwork audio (as short as 2 minutes!) to listen to so you can find some calm amongst the chaos of your work week.

Each class focuses on a different element, from pelvic stability and core strength to spinal mobility and upper-body opening. The classes are designed to help you build awareness, length, and control.
